Cancellations: Cancellations will have a penalty which will be ruled under the following conditions: -cancellations within two months and 30 days before the boarding date, 60% of all pre-payments; within 30 days inmediately before the boarding date, 100% of all payments, independently of the amount. In all skippered charters, Imago Mundi Gestión Turística s.l. holds the right to cancell all foreseen activities when the wind speed forecast states over 25 knots of real wind. In such a case, payments will be given back proportionally to the cancelled activities. Minors: minors under 16 will not be admitted on board.
