You can make your reservations by contacting us via e-mail address: reservas@velerosgalicia.com or by calling the phone numbers (+) 34 981 227 562 or (+) 34 658 329 494. The procedure is very simple: just ask us for date availability for the service you are interested in, and less than 24 hours afterwards, we will give you an answer.

payments

to guarantee the reservation, once availability is confirmed, you must make a prepayment of 50% of the total price. The transfer shall be made in favor of imago mundi - gestion turística s.l. to our account number at BBVA IBAN ES29-0182-4939-13-0201539137 (Bic: BBVAESMM; Branch number: 4939. Address: Pza. Pontevedra 18, 15003 Corunna - Spain) indicating your name and date of shipment. The remaining 50% shall be paid at least 15 days prior to shipment.

cancellations

hope you understand that for us the season is very short and therefore in case of cancellation of the reservation on your part, we will have to charge to you the following penalties in respect of damages incurred by the cancellation: between two months and 30 days prior to the date of shipment, 50% of the amounts paid on account, and within 30 days immediately preceding the date of shipment, 100% of the amounts paid, whatever the amount.
